Lucas Lee Famini was born at 7:53PM on Saturday November 8th. He weighed in at 7lb 3oz and is 21 in. long.
- There was a new title holder of "Cutest Baby in the World"
- dog-parents turned into Parents
- parents turned Grandparents and
- grandparents turned into Great-Grandparents!
After a nice family bonding moment between little Lucas, Amy and I (we'll call that the inaugural Famini Summit if you will), the family members that had spent their Saturday hanging out and playing with our little Sanchini nieces made their way in to meet the newest member of the clan. Hugs were shared. Tears were cried. Smiles were beamed.
Lucas was measured and tested and cleaned and found to be in tip-top shape, even if he was a bit scrawnier than we expected a 41.2 week Famini baby to be.
His little conehead may have been gigantic, but we were assured that he would be able to fit into normal-size hats at some point. Yay baby!
