My Gym

Welcome to my Gym! I'll show you some of the exercises I like to do when my Mom isn't around to fret about my safety.


First, I like to start off with some bridge jumps

Hey ladies - Looking good!


Next up is the curving monkey crawl. Add Crocs for higher difficulty.



Hot the corkscrew ladder to really blast your delts.


And finish up with some high-bar hangs! Booyah!
